High Season

July and August (minimum 6 nights, when it covers any day of these months), and New Year’s (minimum 3 nights).

Mid-Season

June, September, Christmas, Carnival and Holy Week (minimum 3 nights).

Low Season

Minimum stay of 2 nights.

Reservation and cancellation policies for reservations made through platforms (v.g. Airbnb and Booking) are those indicated on them.

Direct reservations are made by bank transfer of the total amount of the stay; and, notwithstanding the provisions of the following paragraph, are non-refundable.

O direct reservations prices and minimum stay times are those advertised on Airbnb (excluding the customer's commission).

Reservations more than two months in advance, and for minimum of 6 nights’ stays, may be done via bank transfer of 50% of the total amount; the remaining 50% will be transferred up to one month before check-in, under penalty of loss (immediate and without the need for communication) of the reservation and its value.

Cancelling the reservation up to one month before the check-in date implies loss of 50% of the total amount of the stay.

Cancelling the reservation one month or less before the check-in date implies the total loss of the amount paid.

Security deposit: €300 per stay.
